26th JANUARY 2016 is the 67th REPUBLIC DAY of the worlds largest DEMOCRACY.

WHO IS INDIA ? IS INDIA JUST A NATION OR MORE THAN THAT... 
MY INDIA IS THE WORLDS LARGEST DEMOCRACY AND IS A FREE SOUL LIVING IN THE NAME OF 1.252 billion + people. IT IS A LIVING DREAM
DREAMT BY MAHATMA GANDHI, SARDAR VALLABHBHAI PATEL, JAWAHARLAL NEHRU, CHANDRASHEKHAR AZAD, AND MANY MORE, SAID & UNSAID WHO DISAPPEARED IN DARK MAKING OUR GREAT NATION FREE BY SACRIFICING THEIR LIVES.

MY MOTHER LAND IS A LAND WHO GIVES BIRTH TO PEOPLE WHO ARE FEARLESS TALENTED AND RESPONSIBLE LIKE ARYABHATTA, SUSHRUTA, RAMANUJAN, Dr HOMI BHABHA, Dr APJ ABDUL KALAM, CHATRAPATI SHIVAJI MAHARAJ, SAMRAT CHANDRAGUPTH MAURYA, SAMRAT ASHOK, GAUTAM BUDDHA, SWAMI RAMKRISHNA PARAMHANS, SWAMI VIVEKANANDA...  AND MANY MORE {as the space will fall short} .

 WE HAVE A GREAT HERITAGE OF INDUS VALLEY CIVILIZATION WHERE BUTTONS WERE INVENTED AND HAD SET AN EXAMPLE OF ORGANISED SOCIETY WITH PROPER HOUSING AND DRAINAGE FACILITY WHICH IS TAKEN AS INSPIRATION TODAY.

FROM SHAMPOO TO CHESS TO YOGA TO MEDITATION TO ZERO {0} TO DECIMAL {.} ALL INVENTED IN INDIA BY AN INDIAN.

IF I KEEP WRITING ON MOTHER INDIA IT WILL TAKE AGES, THE ONLY POINT I WANT TO SAY IS BE PROUD TO BE AN INDIAN BECAUSE THE WORLD IS TODAY WHERE IT IS BECAUSE OF INDIA'S CONTRIBUTION.

ONE MORE POINT THAT I WANT TO MAKE IS ALL THE GREAT PEOPLE FROM MAHATMA GANDHI TO ALBERT EINSTEIN TO BILL GATES TO SWAMI VIVEKANANDA ALL BELIEVED IN HUMANITY SO NATION IS IMPORTANT BUT HUMANITY IS MUST :)

HEALTH ~ WORKOUT / SIMPLE EXERCISES

STEP V                      WORKOUT / SIMPLE EXERCISES

 


Have you ever heard the expression "use it or lose it"? It's true ! If you don't use your body, you will surely lose it. 

We all know it is important to exercise on regular basis as if we don't ....! body pains and muscle strains start occurring.


SO..... Why not EXERCISE ...

The most IMPORTANT thing that we must do before exercise is WARM UP : )


  • Why Warm Up ???


The warm-up should gently prepare the body for exercises by gradually increasing the heart rate and circulation; this will loosen the joints and increase blood flow to the muscles. Stretching the muscles prepares them for physical activity and prevents injuries.




  • What warm up exercises to do before workout ???







  • Why stretching exercise is important ?? 


Here are some of the main benefits of stretching:

For Your Body

  1.  Helps improve flexibility (increases your range of motion)
  2. Assists in correct posture by lengthening tight muscles that pull areas of the body away from their intended position (because of so much time at our computers, many of us have tight chest muscles which pulls the shoulders and head forward, leaving us with a hunched shoulder look)
  3. Potential to decrease injury by preparing muscles for work before activity
  4. Increases blood and nutrient supply to muscles, thereby possibly reducing muscle soreness

For Your Mind

  1. Even a short amount of time (10-15 minutes) of stretching can calm the mind, provide a mental break, and give your body a chance to recharge

Few stretching exercise : 





~~ FEW DON'TS 
DON'T hold an intense stretch for longer than 15 seconds because of muscle hypoxia. Lack of oxygen to the muscles develops under a high degree of force/tension and can increase the development of connective tissue, which decreases strength and may actually promote inflexibility. It's better to use multiple angles for a short duration with static stretching rather than holding one angle for a long period of time. The rule is that the more intensive the stretching, the shorter its application.

DON'T stretch first thing in the morning, especially if you have a low back injury. Wait at least one hour after awakening. While you sleep, your spine swells with fluid, and the risk of injury is heightened if you stretch right after you wake up.

DON'T hold your breath during a stretch, as this will tense your muscles. Instead, you need to relax by exhaling longer than inhaling.

DON'T overexert your muscles if they are already flexible take things bit lightly 

  • What simple exercise you can practice and be healthy ??? 
 


After working out get your self a break and take rest for that you can also practice SHAV ASANA 

SHAV ASANA i.e CORPSE POSE 

 STEPS :

1. Lying on your back, let the arms and legs drop open, with the arms about 45 degrees from the side of your body. Make sure you are warm and comfortable, if you need to place blankets under or over your body.
2. Close the eyes, and take slow deep breaths through the nose. Allow your whole body to become soft and heavy, letting it relax into the floor. As the body relaxes, feel the whole body rising and falling with each breath.
3. Scan the body from the toes to the fingers to the crown of the head, looking for tension, tightness and contracted muscles. Consciously release and relax any areas that you find. If you need to, rock or wiggle parts of your body from side to side to encourage further release.
4. Release all control of the breath, the mind, and the body. Let your body move deeper and deeper into a state of total relaxation.
5. Stay in Shavasana for 5 to 15 minutes.
6. To release: slowly deepen the breath, wiggle the fingers and toes, reach the arms over your head and stretch the whole body, exhale bend the knees into the chest and roll over to one side coming into a fetal position. When you are ready, slowly inhale up to a seated position.
Benefits: Corpse pose is essential to practice at the end of every yoga practice. This posture rejuvenates the body, mind and spirit while reducing stress and tension.

Sleep plays an important role in your physical health. For example,sleep is involved in healing and repair of your heart and blood vessels. Ongoing sleep deficiency is linked to an increased risk of heart disease, kidney disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, and stroke.

                     active at night, making it difficult to sleep. ...

  •                    Change in your environment or work schedule. ...

  •                    Poor sleep habits. ...

  •                   Medications. ...

  •                   Caffeine, nicotine and alcohol....

  •                   Using mobile or computer before you sleep...

  • Stay out of your head. The key to getting back to sleep is continuing to cue your body for sleep. ...

  • Make relaxation (not sleep) your goal. ...

  • Do a quiet, non-stimulating activity. ...

  • Don't use mobile or computer before you sleep...

  • Don't do things that excite you. ...

  • Count 100 to 1 if seems easy try 1000 to 1 this will definitely help  ; )  

  • Do not have a TV set or use bright colored lights in your bed room...
 
  • PRANAYAM can also help very much. ...
                  
 "Pranayama is control of Breath". "Prana" is Breath or vital energy in the body. On subtle levels prana represents the pranic energy responsible for life or life force, and "ayama" means control. So Pranayama is "Control of Breath".

Bhramari pranayama is very effective in instantly calming your mind down.

Steps

Sit up straight and place your hands on your face with one thumb on each tragus, the index fingers lightly touching the inner corners of your eyes, the middle fingers on the sides of the nose, the ring fingers above the lips, and the pinkies just below. Be sure to place only very light pressure on the eyeballs. Do six more rounds of low- to medium-pitched bhramari, lower your hands, and notice the effects. If you suffer from anxiety, depression, or claustrophobia, you may not enjoy shanmukhi mudra and should probably skip it.

 ~~  Where the sound resonates—as well as the energetic effects of different pitches and volumes—can suggest which variations of bhramari will most likely help in specific situations.
  • Insomnia. A quiet, low-pitched sound, perhaps with the addition of shanmukhi mudra, could be soothing to the nervous system and mind.

A balanced diet is one that gives your body the nutrition it needs to function properly. In order to get truly balanced nutrition, you should obtain the majority of your daily calories from fresh fruits and vegetables, whole grains, and lean proteins.




Before you make your diet plan you need to yourself few questions 

                                  i.e

Q.1 ~  Objective for diet ?
   --   Ask your self you want to build a ripped body, muscular body or wanna be lean and fit ...
         

        RIPPED BODY - Your intake calorie should be less than the calorie you burn










                          [ calorie burned > calorie intake ]
     
        MUSCULAR BODY - You need to eat heavy .. take proper protein ... workout well


     
        LEAN AND FIT - Just get a balanced diet




        { do your study or go to doctor and get a proper diet plan } 


Q.2 ~ How to stick to your diet ?
   --  Make a chart of your diet, your aim and the image of body figure you want to achieve.
        look and read it daily and work hard to achieve it.. { EASY WAY  ;) } 
                                        OR
        GO AND SEARCH -- " PROBLEMS DUE TO OBESITY "   you won't need any chart 
         your mind will make you work hard after knowing problems..

HEALTH 

HEALTH is the most essential aspect of life. Whatever we do is just to lead a happy and healthy life. 

HEALTHY = with no DISEASE .. Is it possible ??

Well YES it is POSSIBLE.   :)  

  •   HOW?
We need to follow few simple steps and can immune our selves from many diseases 
  1. DON'T TAKE STRESS / BE HAPPY 
  2. MAINTAIN YOUR DIET --- { DON'T EAT OVER OR UNDER / MAINTAIN A LIMIT }
  3. CHEW YOUR FOOD PROPERLY {RECOMMENDED 32 TIMES }
  4. TAKE PROPER SLEEP 7-8 HOURS 
  5. WORKOUT DAILY { SIMPLE EXERCISES }
  6. MEDITATE 
  7. COMPLETE YOUR WORK ON TIME. 

CONSIDERING STEP I            STRESS OUT OF LIFE

Stress -- Stress is simply a reaction to a stimulus that disturbs our physical or mental equilibrium. In other words, it's an omnipresent part of life. {This is what GOOGLE search says}
and in more simple words IT SHOULD BE THROWN OUT OF LIFE

--- MEDITATION helps you to keep calm in intense situations
--- If u have your work done you will not be in trouble if not in trouble no stress

SO WHY NOT BE HAPPY & STOP WORRYING.
