HEALTH is the most essential aspect of life. Whatever we do is just to lead a happy and healthy life. 

HEALTHY = with no DISEASE .. Is it possible ??

Well YES it is POSSIBLE.   :)

We need to follow few simple steps and can immune our selves from many diseases 
  1. DON'T TAKE STRESS / BE HAPPY 
  2. MAINTAIN YOUR DIET --- { DON'T EAT OVER OR UNDER / MAINTAIN A LIMIT }
  3. CHEW YOUR FOOD PROPERLY {RECOMMENDED 32 TIMES }
  4. TAKE PROPER SLEEP 7-8 HOURS 
  5. WORKOUT DAILY { SIMPLE EXERCISES }
  6. MEDITATE 
  7. COMPLETE YOUR WORK ON TIME.

Stress -- Stress is simply a reaction to a stimulus that disturbs our physical or mental equilibrium. In other words, it's an omnipresent part of life. {This is what GOOGLE search says}
and in more simple words IT SHOULD BE THROWN OUT OF LIFE

WE WILL FIND MILLIONS & MILLIONS OF BOOKS AND WEBSITES TO TELL US HOW STRESS RUINS US OR HOW TO MANAGE STRESS BUT IT WONT WORK UNLESS WE  TAKE INITIATIVE AND IF WE START BEING HAPPY GOOD THINGS WILL HAPPEN ...
SO WHY NOT BE HAPPY & STOP WORRYING.
