A balanced diet is one that gives your body the nutrition it needs to function properly. In order to get truly balanced nutrition, you should obtain the majority of your daily calories from fresh fruits and vegetables, whole grains, and lean proteins.
Before you make your diet plan you need to yourself few questions
i.e
Q.1 ~ Objective for diet ?
-- Ask your self you want to build a ripped body, muscular body or wanna be lean and fit ...
RIPPED BODY - Your intake calorie should be less than the calorie you burn
[ calorie burned > calorie intake ]
MUSCULAR BODY - You need to eat heavy .. take proper protein ... workout well
LEAN AND FIT - Just get a balanced diet
{ do your study or go to doctor and get a proper diet plan }
Q.2 ~ How to stick to your diet ?
-- Make a chart of your diet, your aim and the image of body figure you want to achieve.
look and read it daily and work hard to achieve it.. { EASY WAY ;) }
OR
GO AND SEARCH -- " PROBLEMS DUE TO OBESITY " you won't need any chart
your mind will make you work hard after knowing problems..

AFTER YOU MAKE YOURSELF CLEAR WITH THESE QUESTIONS YOU CAN MAKE YOUR DIET PLAN ..
Know your body, then maintain diet and do a proper workout .. you will achieve it easily..
